What information do I need to provide to open an anda Bank Account?

To open an anda Bank Account you will need to provide your legal name, address, date of birth, mobile phone number, email, and social security number. You will be establishing a bank account (anda Bank Account) with an anda Visa® Debit Card and collectively this information will be used to ensure that you are who you say you are.
In order to prevent fraud, we ask that you provide a physical address that we can use to send your card to. It takes up to 10 days for your anda Visa Debit Card to arrive. Please call us at 1-844-524-0534 if you have not received your card after 15 business days. Delivery may be delayed during peak shipping seasons.

How old do you have to be to open an anda Bank Account?

You must be 18 years or older to sign up for an anda Bank Account.

Are there fees associated with the anda Bank Account?

anda does not charge sign up fees, overdraft fees, monthly service fees and has no minimum balance fees or requirements. Other fees may apply. See the Demand Deposit Account Agreement for details.

How long does it take to receive my card in the mail?

It takes up to 10 days for your card to arrive.

I didn’t receive my card. What should I do?

Please call us at 1-844-524-0534 if you have not received your card after 15 business days. Delivery may be delayed during peak shipping seasons.

Can I add money to my account before my physical card arrives?

Yes. You can connect another bank account to your anda Bank Account and transfer money. Bank transfers usually complete in 2 - 3 Business Days. anda charges no fee for this service, but see your external bank account for fees and details.

Can I make purchases on my account before my physical card arrives?

Yes, you can use your virtual card to make purchases online. Your virtual card will be deactivated as soon as your physical card is activated.

How do I access my virtual debit card?

Visit the Account overview page online or in your mobile app and click on “view virtual card” to see card details.

Are my virtual and physical debit card numbers the same?

Your virtual and physical debit card numbers are not the same. Once your physical card is activated, your virtual card will be deactivated.

How do I activate my virtual card?

You do not need to take any action to activate your virtual card. It is issued and activated as soon as your account is created.

How do I activate my new anda Visa® Debit Card?

You will see the option to activate your physical card when you log into your account. You may also call our automated system at 1-844-524-0534 to activate your card.

How do I set my PIN?

You will be prompted to set your PIN when you activate your card.

Can I change the design of my card?

We do not offer replacement cards for design changes.

What devices and OS do we support?

Our app is supported by iPhone or Android mobile phones running iOS 13 or Android 5.0 (Lollipop), respectively. To access your anda Bank Account online please ensure you have access to: eMicrosoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher, Chrome 75.0 or higher, Firefox 66.0 or higher, Safari 12.0 (Mac) or higher.

Do I need to download the anda app?

For the best banking experience, we highly recommend you download the anda app for anytime access to your account. You can access your account balance, view your recent activity and lock your card to prevent new purchases if you ever misplace your card 24/7. You can also manage your account by logging in at app.andafinance.com/login. Standard rates may apply
